HST-Evolution Ice Midget Elite Program
HST will be holding their first week of summer training at Evolution Ice. Players will be put through an intense week of 3 hours a day of training for 5 days. Each group will consist of 10 players and 2 goalies. Details on the program are listed below.
PROGRAM DETAILS:
- 12 players and 2 goalies per group
- 15 hours per week of Elite Training
- 5 Ice training sessions per week of 1 hour
- Small area Position Specific Tactical Drills
- 5 games per week of 1 hour
- Fast Reaction Game Play
- 5 gym sessions per week of 1 hour
- Hockey Specific Off Ice Training
- Additional gym sessions*
- Video Analysis Available and Consultation*
- HST-Evolution Jersey Included
