HST-Evolution Ice Peewee/Atom Elite Program
Evolution Ice will provide it’s players with 4 weeks of intense training to get ready for the upcoming tryouts and hockey season. You will have a choice of taking all 4 weeks of Evolution Ice training or on a weekly basis. Space will be limited and the more you prepare the better you will perform when the tryouts start. Players will be put through a week of 3 hours a day of training for a total of 15 hours per week. Each group will consist of 15 players and 2 goalies. Why Evolution ice? See details below…..
PROGRAM DETAILS:
- 15 players and 2 goalies per group
- 15 hours per week of Elite Training
- 5 Ice training sessions per week of 1 hour
- Small area Position Specific Tactical Drills
- 5 games per week of 1 hour
- Fast Reaction Game Play
- 5 gym sessions per week of 1 hour
- Hockey Specific Off Ice Training
