HST-Evolution Ice Junior Elite Program
Elite players need to be training all summer and unfortunately most camps don’t start until July, except for now. HST and Evolution Ice have teamed up to host a 4 week a high level performance program to kick start your summer of training. All players will be screened before acceptance into this program in order to maintain a high level training environment. Below are the details of the program.
PROGRAM DETAILS:
- 10 players and 2 goalies per group
- 9 hours per week of Elite Training
- 3 Ice training sessions per week of 1 hour
- Small area Position Specific Tactical Drills
- 3 games per week of 1 hour
- Fast Reaction Game Play
- 3 gym sessions per week of 1 hour
- Hockey Specific Off Ice Training
- Additional gym sessions*
- Video Analysis Available and Consultation*
- HST-Evolution Jersey Included
SCHEDULE:

COST:
Ice only Package: $600.00 taxes included (24 hours of Training)
Full Ice and Gym Package: $750.00 taxes included (36 hours of Training)
